Ordering FAQs

How do I place an order enquiry?

Browse our e-commerce site and add the items you wish to purchase to the cart. When you're ready click the 'Checkout' button. Complete the required fields on the Contact Information page and click the 'Continue' button. One final check before you click the 'Complete order enquiry' button and you're done.

Unlike some other websites we do not take payments for items which we cannot deliver unless the item being ordered is to special order only - we only charge for "in stock" items at the point of shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Mastercard or Visa Debit/Credit cards. As an extra layer of security, customer safeguard and to minimise the handling of customer payment data, we use Pay-by-Link, a secure method of accepting payments. If you prefer we also accept payments via BACS. Our bank details are shown on our sales documents and invoices.

What are the shipping options and how much does it cost?

We use multiple carriers based on the items being shipped and therefore the shipping service and charges will be determined at the time an order is confirmed. In order that we comply with our Carrier's Terms of Carriage and any relevant UK Regulations, we do not use a 'one size fits all' approach since some products may only be carried by a specific carrier i.e. hazmat. When will I receive my order?

We make every effort to process confirmed orders within 24 hours. How long it takes to arrive depends on where you are located and which shipping method is used.  Please contact our support team if you need more info.

Can I place an item on back-order and when will I receive it?

Whilst we do our best to keep most popular items available there may be occasions when we're out or simply waiting for more from our suppliers. Customers can request to have items placed on a back-order and we will let them know when they become available.

If after placing a back-order you decide that you no longer require the item(s), all we ask out of courtesy is that you let us know immediately.
