Repeatable long-range accuracy demands propellant that behaves consistently across temperature extremes. New Alliant Powder® Reloder®16, like Reloder 23 and AR Comp™, accomplishes this world-class stability using TZ® technology. It manipulates the response of the material and resiststhe natural tendency to generate more pressure at higher temperatures and less pressure at lower temperatures. The Reloder®16 burn rate is slightly faster than that of Reloder 17, well within the 4350 burn speed band. This makes it ideal for traditional hunting cartridges such as 30-06 Springfield and 270 Winchester, as well as 6.5mm target loads and tactical applications where temperaturestability is required.
Features & Benefits
To achieve outstanding accuracy in the widest range of conditions, shooters need propellant that performs consistently across temperature extremes. Like its sister product, AR-Comp™, new Reloder® 23 from Alliant Powder® does exactly that. Its sophisticated TZ® technology manipulatesthe response of the material and resists the natural tendency to generate more pressure at higher temperatures and less pressure atlowertemperatures. Reloder 23 is perfect for long-range target shooters seeking performance similar to Reloder® 22 with world-class temperature stability.
Features & Benefits
Achieve awesome ballistics with new Reloder® 26 from Alliant Powder®. The propellant’s burn speed falls between that of Reloder® 22 and Reloder® 33,and it incorporates EI® technology to produce extremely high velocities in magnum cartridges. Reloder 26 has a high bulk density that allows larger powder charges, and it provides a consistent, controlled response to temperature changes.

Keeping firearms clean and properly maintained will not only add to their service life and performance, but can also keep them shooting more accurate for longer. Kroil is a penetrating oil that has gained a large following for its quality performance when it comes to keeping a firearm in optimum condition. Kroil is adept at getting into the micro-crevices of some of the tougher firing residues found inside of the barrels of firearms and loosens them up to allow for quick and easy removal during the cleaning process.
The Tipton® Range Box is the ultimate in convenience for shooters and hunters. It organizes everything you need, cleaning supplies, rifle rest bags, targets and more.
Lapua is pleased to announce the availability of their new 6mm Creedmoor case, a necked down version of the extremely popular 6.5mm Creedmoor designed to produce higher velocities, flatter trajectories, and reduced recoil.
Customer demand for a 6mm version followed almost immediately after the release of the original Creedmoor case. Aside from the neck dimensions, the new 6mm Creedmoor case shares the same features and characteristics that make Lapua the standard for 6.5 Creedmoor brass. It is a beautifully drawn case, properly annealed at the neck and shoulder, with head metallurgy specifically chosen for durability, and the same small rifle primer, small flash-hole design that delivers the ultimate accuracy edge. The smaller 6mm bore diameter offers an excellent selection of proven low-drag match bullets that offer outstanding long range performance with even less recoil.
While the original 6.5 Creedmoor was designed with NRA High Power competition in mind, other disciplines, including PRS, were quick to see the positive attributes of this cartridge. Lapua’s latest offering will find a niche with discerning shooters in demanding competitive disciplines. Whether it’s a timed run against steel at unknown ranges, or the precision of placing shots in the X-ring, this Lapua case is just right for you!

Quickly separate brass cartridge cases from tumbling media with the Rotary Media Sifter. With a few turns of the handle, media falls to the bottom of the sifter, leaving cases clean and ready to use.
The name says it all! The 6.5 Precision Rifle Cartridge was designed to achieve the highest levels of accuracy, flat trajectory and extended range performance in a sensibly designed compact package.
Utilizing moderate powder charges that result in repeatable accuracy, low recoil and reasonable barrel life, the 6.5 PRC still produces high velocities for both hunting and target shooting with performance well beyond 1000 yards.
Die sets and unprimed rifle cartridge cases now available.
Peterson Cartridge is dedicated to producing the best casings for long-distance shooters.
Founded in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by Derek Peterson and his two business partners, Peterson Cartridge was built with one main goal. That goal is to produce extremely consistent, American-Made brass rifle casings which are designed around, and for, long-distance shooters.
Unlike most of its competitors, Peterson Cartridge has devoted its entire facility, machinery, and laboratory to producing only brass rifle casings. Specialization is the driving principle behind Peterson Cartridge only producing one component of a multi-component finished product.

ELD (Extremely Low Drag Match)
ELD Match bullets are technologically advanced, enhanced accuracy target bullets featuring Heat Shield tips with the PERFECT MEPLAT (tip point) combined with numerous design features that deliver the highest-in-class ballistic coefficients, superior accuracy and extreme consistency from bullet-to-bullet, lot-to-lot.
All manufacturers commonly used polymer tips in high BC bullets melt in flight. Hornady engineers discovered that commonly used bullet tip materials (ALL bullet manufacturers) in streamlined, high BC bullets melt and deform. Although not a significant issue affecting moderate BC conventional tipped varmint and hunting bullets, aerodynamic heating causes BC reduction and degradation of accuracy, particularly at extended ranges (400 yds +). To counter this effect, Hornady identified a heat resistant polymer and developed the Heat Shield™ tip. This revolutionary new tip creates the perfect meplat (tip) with exceptionally consistent results from bullet-to-bullet and lot-to-lot.
Superior accuracy and industry leading ballistic design has been achieved with the ELD Match bullet. An optimum secant ogive and boattail design along with the Heat Shield tip produce a bullet with the highest possible ballistic coefficient in its class. Verified by Doppler Radar, ELD Match ballistic coefficients do not vary due to the integrity of the Heat Shield tip. The bullets perform extraordinarily consistently with no BC degradation at extended range
Lapua announce the addition of the 6.5 Creedmoor case to the Lapua line! Despite a relatively short time on the marketplace, the 6.5 Creedmoor has made a tremendous splash in the field, rapidly becoming one of the most requested cases we hear about from shooters.
Lapua's 6.5 Creedmoor is designed to function in a short action, which is also a plus for hunters, vitally concerned with the rifle’s weight and compactness. In fact, many of the same features which make for a successful competition cartridge, translate nicely to the hunting fields as well.
For most species of mid-size game such as deer or boar, the Creedmoor will prove to be a deadly performer. And while the selection of high grade Match bullets in the 6.5 bore size is tremendous, there’s no shortage of exceptionally good hunting bullets either. The 6.5's as a group have always been known as excellent performers on game.
Made with Lapua’s typical dedication to precision, our new 6.5 Creedmoor case has been refined just a bit, to make it an even better performer. Lapua opted for the small rifle primer, which normally produces an optimized ignition and better accuracy than large primers in mid-sized cartridges like the Creedmoor.
We’ve also incorporated our smaller diameter flash hole (1.5mm, rather than the industry standard 2.0mm), which has proven to provide enhanced accuracy, and is used in a number of our other accuracy oriented cases. In this respect, the new 6.5 Creedmoor joins the ranks of their dedicated accuracy cartridges such as the .220 Russian (6mm PPC), the 6mm BR Norma, the 6.5x47 Lapua and the .308 Win. Palma cases.
And naturally, the new 6.5 Creedmoor will be made with their well known Passion for Precision. Strictest control over the metallurgy, the forming and drawing processes, precise annealing all performed under the watchful eyes of their production experts. For you, the handloader, that means the durability for which our cases are famous, combined with consistency and long life. Already proven in competition, we predict that the 6.5 Creedmoor will be a force to be reckoned with for many years to come.
The 6.5 Creedmoor case by Lapua is expected in Q1 2017.
